Engineer Md. Romzan Ali, Chairman, Silicon Valley Technologies Ltd., a Life Fellow of the IEB and 10th BCS (Railway) Cadre (1993), is a First-Class BUET Civil Engineering graduate (1987).
With over 35 years of strategic leadership in large-scale infrastructure, he has served as Chairman.
His distinguished career features significant international project oversight, including quality control and factory inspections in India, China, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia for major rail, sleeper, and systems components under JICA, World Bank, and ADB frameworks.
Previously, he held pivotal national roles including his final appointment in 2022 as Government Inspector of Bangladesh Railway (Ministry of Railways), capping a distinguished tenure that also included positions such as Joint Director General (Engineering), Project Director, and Chief Engineer (West) for Bangladesh Railway.
He also served as General Manager (P-Way & Civil) at Dhaka Mass Transit Company Ltd (MRT Line-6) and as Track Engineer-1 for the Jamuna Railway Bridge Construction Project. He has led landmark initiatives including the Khulna-Mongla Port Rail Line and the Akhaura-Laksam Dual Gauge Conversion.
As Chairman, he guides the company’s vision in infrastructure technology and engineering consultancy, ensuring innovation, global standards, and excellence in project delivery. His leadership is further distinguished by specialized training in e-Government Procurement, PMIS, and international project management, which ensures robust governance and cutting-edge implementation across all company ventures.
Md. Anowar Hossain holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science & Engineering (2003), an MBA from EastWest University, and an M.Sc. in Disaster Management from Dhaka University. He possesses extensive expertise in telecommunications and software development, with a strong record of managing and delivering large-scale national projects including the Banglalink & Citycell Mega Projects, WASA Pipelining Project, Info-Sarker II & III, Connect Bangladesh, Robi Merger, MOTN, Haor-Baor WiFi, and 5G Readiness Project of BTCL.
Over the years, he has contributed his leadership and technical expertise to Fiber@Home Ltd., Siemens Bangladesh, and ZTE, driving impactful infrastructure and ICT initiatives. He is a certified professional with CCNA, ACMP 4.0 (IBA Dhaka University), PMP, and ISMS (ISO-27001:2022) credentials.
Currently, he serves as Director of Bangladesh Eco Energy Ltd. and Chairman of BSDF. He is also a Life Member of Bangladesh Computer Society and an active contributor to BASIS, actively supporting the advancement of Bangladesh’s ICT and telecommunication industry.
Sharmina Yesmin serves as the Director of Finance, HR, and Administration, bringing a strong academic background with a Master’s degree in Management and a proven record of leadership in organizational development.
With her expertise in financial planning, budgeting, human resources management, and administrative oversight, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring both operational efficiency and long-term sustainability of the organization.
Sadat Naim Chowdhury is a seasoned Project Management professional with over 14 years of international experience in the telecom and technology sectors.
A B.Tech graduate in Information Technology Madras University, India, he has held key leadership roles at Nokia Networks in Bangladesh, Thailand, and Myanmar, and began his career as an Engineer at Siemens Bangladesh.
His expertise spans PMO leadership, process improvement, business process management, and digital transformation, driving the successful delivery of large-scale projects across multiple countries.
He has earned multiple accolades, including the PME Excellence Award, Execute Process Adherence Award, and APJ Digital Deploy Star Award, underscoring his commitment to excellence, innovation, and organizational growth.
S. M. Nur Hasan is a qualified Civil Engineer with more than 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure development, civil construction, power plants, bridges, and industrial projects across Bangladesh, UAE, India, and Japan. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology (DUET).
Hasan has worked with renowned international companies such as Samsung Engineering (UAE), Sumitomo Corporation (Japan), Larsen & Toubro (India), and Al Abbadi Contracting (UAE), where he contributed to mega projects including the Shah Gas Development Project (Abu Dhabi), Matarbari 1200MW Ultra Super Critical Coal-Fired Power Project (Cox’s Bazar), and Bheramara 360MW Power Plant (Kushtia).
In Bangladesh, he has also served in leading roles at Spectra Engineers Ltd., Energypac Engineering Ltd., Cityscape International Ltd., and Design, Planning & Management Consultant Ltd.
